César was baptized after about 4 months of teaching and fellowshipping.  He has taken this step very seriously and is well prepared.  He was so excited in church today after his confirmation.  One more for the little city of Beja!  Sister Urgiles and Sister Palmer did a great job.  He was also taught by Sister Nelson and Sister Rose.
